Awwww Nursery!!!!

Like many moms the time comes (all too quickly) when you have to return to work and I needed to make the decision to go back full time or part time.  To be honest it was a no brainer.  Full time would mean more money but I would never get to spend time with Zaynah as the little time I would spend at home would be filled with housework and laundry. So part time it was!!! My work was very accommodating and offered me 18 hours a week over 3 days, result!!!

Next step childcare which lucky for me I already had a nursery in mind that wasn't that far away and on the 29th April 2013 Zay started her two week settling in. My mom came for the first day partly because I was still a little ropey on my feet and secondly she just wanted to be there at her first day.   For sooo many parents the moment you dread is when you take your precious angel to a nursery, child minders or leave them with a babysitter and they cry their little hearts out. However I think whats worse is when they go off without giving you a second glance!!! Just happily playing games with strangers barely noticing that the person who gave them life is still in the room with them (I know a little dramatic).

This picture was taken when we had finished the first day of nursery, well it was about an hour and Zay was not happy to be going home #mommyspoiltmyfun.
