Christmas Day

It's my favourite day of the year which I look forward to from the 17th of January (day after my birthday) lol. I know for some people it's very stressful, all the shopping, the crowds, cooking Christmas dinner and spending time with family but I loooove all that stuff. Well actually just the shopping, eating Christmas dinner (cooking is moms job) and time with the family.
It's the only thing I'm organised with and usually have my prezzie's well beforehand, I only have a few things to do on the run up.

Me, Julia, grandad and Zaynah went to church in the morning. We know grandad has a specific seating area so when he told us to go and sit on the forth row we felt confident about getting a seat but they had changed the seating arrangement so there were rows facing each other and facing the alter so we had to just guess and to be honest if we got it wrong I was gonna blame Julia.

Zaynah slept practically all the way through the service only waking up towards the end for a bottle and to do a huge burp but I assumed she enjoyed herself, well there were no tears. She even got a selection box from Santa but I guess it falls to mommy to eat it before it goes out of date, if I must.

Back at granddad's everything was in full swing, before long people started coming and dinner was served
Zaynah spent her first Christmas with all our nearest and dearest. A great day was had by all but obviously Zaynah had no idea what was going on and I unwrapped her mountain of prezzie's while she looked at me totally bewildered!!! Oh and Aunty Wendy, Uncle Malcolm and the twins came over from Canada, yay.
